韩卓秀，资深设计师，2016年加入辉盛，负责品牌设计、海报创意、艺术指导。她毕业于山东艺术学院。在校期间，她培养了崇高的审美素养，坚定了追求艺术和美的决心。在毕业之后，她即刻加入辉盛，开启了她的艺术创作之旅。她擅长海报创意设计，用温柔细腻的设计表达品牌视觉中触动心灵的那一部分。「好设计绝不是冰冷的电脑作图，而是设计师与读者心灵的相互温暖。设计师用作品讲述一个动人故事，读者报以心头一热，这便是设计艺术的最终目的。」她这样描述自己的工作。在谈到理想时，她这样说：「我愿保持自己敏感而渴望表达的内心。永远年轻，永远热泪盈眶。」
